Those are great Lelainia; they really made me smile. More than I thought they would. I hope this idea gets some traction - I can't wait to hear what everyone has to say and share.

RTs coming your way on Twitter.

Love your idea Josh! I'll play along on Twitter. I'll start here first.

Some things, off the top of my head that inspiring me at this moment in time:-Self portraits-it's really cool to see what pieces of yourself are revealed to yourself, often for the first time through this type of photography.-The song "Weighty Ghost" by Wintersleep. No special reason, other than I just like it.
-The chance to witness Rick Hansen wheel up Thermal Dive tomorrow, not long after I do my leg in the relay. For years I've driven up and down this hill, weekly and thought about him every single time. It's going to be an amazing moment. I'm bringing Kleenex!
-Giving back.

Josh, this post should have come with a Kleenex warning! You can never underestimate the power of a mother's (and father's) love. Doctors can say "can't" but they won't hear it and that's a good thing. I think people will rise to the vision we hold for them. It's wonderful that your parents had such a positive vision for you.

I think the best example we set is how we choose to live our lives. It's not what we say so much as what we do, for ourselves, for the world that matters. I also feel that I surprise myself sometimes and it's a good feeling to know that we are often more capable than we give ourselves credit for.

You are truly doing the work you were called to do Josh. NO LIMITS!

Great Video Josh, I'm so glad you're doing great! I also have been speaking to groups of highschool students on breaking the stigma of mental illness. I think that i am very lucky to have overcome the things that i have been through, and you are a great inspiration. i remember the day we met at the disability games the highlight of my boccia life.i beat you! im sure not many ppl can say that. As of this wed i am getting back into boccia! i cant wait to go and play its going to be a different game as i am in a powerchair with the use of one arm and i will be throwing over hand instead of under. itll be a different game im probably really rusty but it will be good to get back to itand have a goal in mind.

Hi Josh, I remember watching you play Boccia in London, ON about a year ago. What I remember most is that you are TOTALLY AWESOME. Hope to meet you again some day. Joan Stevenson, Dale's mom.
